When ordering you must specify the product code, the desired version, accurate recipient information, telephone and mobile phone, date and time you want to surrender, greeting card, and some comments.

• By Deposit

Cancellation Policy

Customer has the right to cancel his order only if paypment option/method is by deposit.

For this reason make sure that you choose the right product before procceding to payments by Credit card or by payl.

Hours for cancelling the order

1. Orders from 00:00 – 12:00 - cancel the same day

2. Orders from 12:00 – 24:00 – Cancel till 12:00 of the next day

After these deadlines the order cannot be cancelled. In case of cancellation we will refund your money if deposited in the bank account will return your money back.
