CANCELATION POLICY

Customer has the right to cancel his order only if the payment option / method is by deposit.

 For this reason, please make sure you have selected the correct product before completing your payment by credit card or paypal. 

Hours to cancel the order 

1. Orders from 00:00 - 12:00 - can be canceled on the same day 

2. Orders from 12:00 - 24:00 - can be canceled the next day, until 12:00 

After these deadlines the order cannot be cancelled. In case of cancellation we will return your money, even in the case of a deposit from you to our bank account.
